Security Agreement
I, ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­__________________________, individually, and on behalf of my employer _____________________, for which I am authorized to sign this agreement, agree to the following terms and conditions:
	1.	I understand that during the course of my relationship with Edge Adhesives, Incorporated, I may observe, acquire or have access to information that is confidential and of great value to Edge Adhesives, Inc. This information may include projects under development, research, designs, products, methods of manufacture, cost and pricing data, sales plans and customer lists. I further understand that Edge Adhesives, Inc. may use security measures to protect its confidential information.
	2.	I agree to use Q’SO, Inc.’s confidential information only for the direct and sole benefit of Edge Adhesives, Inc., and I will not disclose Edge Adhesives, Inc.’s confidential information to other without the expressed written authorization of Edge Adhesives, Inc.
	3.	I agree that the forgoing restrictions on the use and disclosure of Edge Adhesives, Inc.’s confidential information shall continue for 10 years following the date of execution of this Agreement, and shall survive the termination of any business relationship that I or my employer may have with Edge Adhesives, Inc. I understand that the forgoing restrictions do not apply to information which I can establish by written records was in my records prior to disclosure by Edge Adhesives, Inc. to me.
	4.	I will not remove from Edge Adhesives, Inc.’s premises any documents, files, records, correspondence or other papers, except as specifically permitted to by Edge Adhesives Inc., and in all such cases I will promptly return any items to Edge Adhesives, Inc. upon request or upon termination of my association.
	5.	I agree to be responsible for any costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by Edge Adhesives, Inc. to enforce the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
	6.	This Agreement shall be constructed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Intending to be legally bound, I have executed this Agreement on the ­­­____ day of ­­­­__________, 200­_.
