Advantages :
  • Material saving foam-in-place application
  • Easily repositioned after application
  • Excellent webbing ability
  • Can be used on a variety of substrates including galvanized, aluminum, Galvalume, Kynar 500, painted metal and copper
  • Panels can be joined months after the sealant has been applied
Applications :
To maximize your cost savings this product should be used in conjunction with fixed or flexible automation in a controlled factory environment. Q-41-20 was developed for use on standing seam roofs in conjunction with snap lock seams or crimped seams. If used in conjunction with snap seams, all clips and fasteners must also be sealed with Q-41-20. Q-41-20 has excellent adhesion and moderate surface tack allowing the product to be repositioned after it has been applied. Permanently seals roofing panels while remaining flexible to allow for movement from wind or temperature fluctuations. The products low force to compress and high resiliency creates an excellent barrier for water, dirt and other foreign matter. The products thermal application will help cut through mil oil remaining on the substrate, while its cost effective foam in place application will help your company see a significant savings in raw material costs.
